Nicholas is a highly experienced Human Resource Management professional and leader with a track record of achievements and a career spanning 32 years in consulting and human resource management in blue chip companies falling under the Petroleum and Financial sectors. He has an MBA (UoN) degree and a Bachelor of Education (UoN) degree, as well as a Diploma in Executive Coaching (AoEC - UK). He is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya.

Abdulali A. Kurji has a Master of Engineering (with Honours) in Manufacturing Engineering and Management (MEng) and has experience in financial services management.

He is the Executive Director of Sameer Investments Limited. He has over 14 years experience gained in banking industry. He holds a Master of Science degree from City University Business School in London. He is a professional banker.

Lawrence is an experienced management executive with working experience in corporate finance, accounting, transaction advisory and risk management gained over the last nine years of practice. He has a strong background in all aspects of strategy and business development, human resources management and development, competency review as well as policy and product design. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK), Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Investor Relations Society (UK), Institute of Directors (IOD) Kenya, Operations Management Society of Kenya (OMSK) and Institute of Public Policy (USA).

Gladys is a business savvy and collaborative executive with a GEMBA degree from USIU and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Business Studies) degree from Kenyatta University. She is a member of the Retail Banking Academy (UK), Institute of Directors Kenya, Certified Coach, Certified Job Evaluator, Certified PRINCE2 (APMG) and holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance. She has over 25 years’ experience in senior management in Banking and Insurance. Gladys is known to be a leader who brings out the best in teams to achieve business goals.

Kevin is a qualified finance and investment professional with over 15 years’ experience in different fields including Finance, Investments, Actuarial and Business Management. He also possesses strong corporate governance skills acquired while assuming leadership roles and serving in different boards within his career. Kevin is a CFA® Charter holder and holds a Master of Science (Investment & Risk) degree from the University of Kent (UK), and a BSc Actuarial Science degree from JKUAT.

He has an MBA (Strategic Management) from University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Nairobi. He is a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, Certified Public Secretaries and is a certified trainer on Corporate Governance. Joseph has over 16 years of experience in Senior Management and Leadership positions gained from diverse industries.

Richard holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) degree
(2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Studies degree (2002) both
from Kenyatta University. His other professional qualifications include Management
Development program at Strathmore University, a Certified Public Accountants of
Kenya (CPA-K) and a Certified Credit Professional (CCP-K).
Richard is a seasoned professional in the Insurance Industry with holistic knowledge
and experience of over 20 years gained from working in both General Insurance
(short term) and Life (long term) Insurance operations. He began his career in year
2002 at UAP Provincial Insurance (now Old Mutual) as a Branch Underwriter and
rose through the ranks to become a Finance Manager and later as an Acting
Managing Director for the Life Business unit. In 2015, he joined Fidelity Shield
Insurance Company as the Head of Finance and Administration. Thereafter he was
appointed as an Acting Managing Director and later confirmed as a Manging
Director and Principal Officer in April 2023.
Richard is a highly collaborative and visionary leader with demonstrated record of
building long-term relationship and confidence with intermediaries for business
sustainability and growth. He is passionate about operational excellence, strategy
formulation and execution, coaching and empowering leadership team for superior
results. He has an excellent track record in culture change transformation and
