You should inform us immediately. The policy can be transferred to the new owner upon approval, or cancelled and replaced with a new one for your next vehicle.

You can check your claim status by contacting our claims department via email or phone.

You can pay your insurance premiums via M-PESA Paybill 522799 — use your vehicle registration number as the account number for Motor Policy, or the transmittal number indicated on your policy document for Non-Motor Policies.
