Mercy has over 18 years’ work experience in HR. She holds a Master of Arts in Sociology (Counseling) degree from University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Arts (Cultural Studies) degree from Moi University and a Higher Diploma in HRM from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM-K). She is a member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (AIIK), a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM-K)
